Pregnancy most important think for ladies in that time mothers take more care of our health because affect any disease to mother it directly affected the baby. So some tips for maintain the health during the winter time.

Healthy foods:

During the pregnancy body need more water so we have to eat vegetables and fruits because these are having more water content. And it also has more vitamins some nutrients like calcium.

Daily exercise :-


The winter season climate change so cold it is directly affected lungs. So doing some yoga exercise you have to free from this problem.

Stay at safety place:

The morning time surrounding has more snow and cold so we have to stay some safety places did not affect cold.

Use clothes :

Use some additional clothes to wear we have free from the cold. While going outside in early morning and evening time you must wear the sweater and scurf to cover your body.
