India will increase the most salary in 2020, Pakistan will reduce ; Disclosed in the report

Pakistan will be the only country in the Asia-Pacific region whose people will register a significant decline in salary in 2020.  On the other hand, India will be at the top in the world in terms of salary increase next year.

This is revealed by mobility consultancy ECL International in its report.  ECL International has said in its salary trend report that there is a possibility of a record decline in the salaries of Pakistanis in the year 2020 due to rising inflation and rupee depreciation.  The salaries of the employees in Pakistan will be much lower than in the current year.

ECL International regional director Asia Li Quen said, "The average wage increase in Pakistan will be minus 3 percent, which means employes will receive less than last year.

The slight increase will die in front of inflation, which is expected to be up to 13 per cent next year.  This trend will not apply to other countries in the Asia-Pacific, particularly India. "

According to the report, India has topped the average wage increase in Asia and in the year 2020 it will be at the top globally.  The average wage increase of employees in India will be 5.4 per cent, which will be four times higher than the salary increase in Hong Kong.

Quen said that there is a significant increase in salary in India.  Although inflation will increase slightly in 2020 as compared to 2019 and the economy will remain a little sluggish, still employees can expect higher wages in India.

The report says that in 2020, the average salary of employees in China will increase by 3.6 percent.  Whereas in Great Britain there will be a reduction in salary.
